All kinds of Fairies.

The theme over at my

Butteflly Challenge 

is a Special Month long one

and is

#44 All kinds of Fairies. 

The butterflies are all now in the chrysalis stage 

and will be back in the New Year

ready to spread their wings.

In the meantime the Fairies have come along to play.

You can make Christmas/Non Christmas items

just so long as I can see a fairy/ies with wings 

 on your project.

Here is my inspiration for you.

Christmas Wall Hanging.

I have used a digital image from 

Patties Creations called.

'Moon Fairy Snow Globe'.

I printed the image onto white card stock and

coloured with promarkers and gold gel pen.

Stars and words are gold stickers from my stash.

Image is placed behind a sheet of acetate and bent round 

to make a curve to trick the eye into seeing the flat globe

as a curved object. 

Adhered to gold shimmer cardstock and hung

using gold raffia.

 My 2nd inspiration for you 
is this Scenic card .

I made the base using white card along

 with strips of torn paper as a mask

to create the hills which I used  distress ink pads and

a duster brush to create.  The moon was a 1" circle

punched out from a post it note and  used as a mask.

Stamps are all  various Lavina  ones which I stamped

using distress ink pads in colours to compliment.

Sparkle is Stickles mixed with a little water to dilute 

and then applied with a fine paintbrush. 

It does really shimmer IRL but hard to catch  on camera.

Mounted onto Raspberry pink cardstock and

a white card blank.
