It is day 26 of Beccy Muirs A Month of Holiday Cards Challenge and here is my card for today.
Day 26 is to use the letter W
I chose to use Wool and Wishes .
This is a 2006 Penny Black Wooden Stamp called 'Spinning a Yarn' and is my favourite fun stamp to use. Coloured using my Promarkers and a gold gel pen. The sentiment is my own and generated in word. (To see what Eric got knitted for him last year please click HERE.)
The design paper is from Making Cards Magazine Christmas Edition 2018 and looks just like a close up of a knitted sweater. The pre printed gold sentiment is from my stash along with the oddment of white wool.
Close up of the knitting circle.

Cute Chickens! I went back to see last year's card too. So clever to continue the theme.
Oooh this is so sweet and I especially love the yarn you added on the side
Cheers

Does this mean it's the third year in a row? Eric's been lucky with all the handmade gifts Valery, although he might not have felt that way about the dishcloth. Love the cute image and the way you've personalised it. Very clever.
Cheers,
Beccy

Oh my gosh, Mrs A. You are too funny!
The background does indeed look just like knitting but it is the great image combined with that perfect sentiment that makes this card an A plus card!
