Pink with Punches.

It's the halfway mark for my

so here is some more inspiration for you.

The first card is an easel card and I have again used
a Hunkydory image from their
Little Book of Shimmer.
I have used several different punches on here
to show just how versatile they can be.

The 4 big orange punches  are by Tonic  Studios and make
a set from the Pick of the Bunch collection 702e
The green punches are by woodware and single punches.
By punching out several of the one on the left you can make
shaped roses and the one on the right makes a cupped flower .
Tiny butterfly punch is also by Tonic Studios.

As the name of the book suggest each image has a lovely shimmer to it
so I have used 170 gms shimmer cardstock for the flowers.
Base of card made from pink card stock.

Sentiment is a black plastic sticker from my stash.
I used promarkers to colour the petals and snippets of
various green coloured card for the leaves.

The flowers are adhered to a raised platform on
the base of the card which acts as a retainer for the easel
element of the card .

My second card is a Shaker card.
I have only used the one punch  on here to create the butterflies.
SU Bitty butterfly.

Base card is made from pink cardstock
and the shaker element from green card
which is attached to the front of the card.
Image is again by Hunkydory
from their
Little Book of Flowers.

Silver border of butterflies
sequins, gems and acetate from my stash.
Image is an oval design which I have simply
enchanced by using an oval die to cut the aperture.
Side view to show the shaker element attached to the front.
Butterflies punched from pink card with gems added.

Hope this gives you some ideas to enter a card/project.

Your cards are just gorgeous, and I'm especially fond of the shaker card - something I've never been able to make that's decent enough to give to someone! LOL The flowers are magnificent!
