Birthday Boy.

Grandson No1. also has his birthday in December ,though at the end of the month and this was the card I sent him.

Digi image is by LOTV 'Oliver Texting' and looks so much like him. He detests school and is filled with horror at the very idea of having to stay there till he is 18!!

Coloured with my Promarkers and Graph'it pens. My thanks go to' Pinky' for  showing this card shape on her blog. I had not seen this fun fold before and just had to try it out. Sentiment is by 'Clearly Besotted'.
Card design is a clever pop up which folds down flat for posting.  A godsend this time as all cards had to be posted for Birthdays and Christmas as we couldn't visit like we normally would have done.
This second card is the Christmas card that  I also  sent  and have not shown in last years cards.
Stamp is by 'The House of Zandra' and no longer available in stamp form. I stamped and coloured 3 images and decoupaged him up. coloured using my pens as above and the noel and star were red stickers from my stash.
You can just about see the layering in this second photo below.
I am entering this card into Hazel ( Didos) challenge at
Fezziwigs Festive Frolics # Anything festive goes.

I will be back shortly with another Word Search for you. In the end I  managed to squeeze in 62 birds for you to find!

Your cards are always so clever!! Really nice box card design and how fun that the image looks like your school-abhorring grandson....lol... School is a bit of a tenuous concept in many places right now...so I hope he is thriving and learning in whatever form his classes are taking.
I like your sweet Robin on your Christmas card. (So proud as an American to recognize that as a Robin, even though it only slightly resembles our American Robin. Ours don't wear top hats and scarves..... Ha!) Again, so clever to stamp multiple times for layering and decoupage.
Thanks for sharing. Stay healthy and creative!

That card for your grandson captures every single teenager in the world, as well as a lot of adults! It is perfect and you colored it so well. The 3 D card is terrific and made me laugh. The Noel sticker is beautiful.

Great job on the fold. I have made that fold too and found it quite fun.
Grandson will probably get to leaving school and then wish he could go back again! Work life is so different to school with less holidays that school suddenly seems more attractive! Although in the current environment I'm not sure that there is much enjoyment in either school or work - or much difference for that matter.
Lovely layering on the robin in the second card.

Ah both your cards are brilliant. Love the fold on the one for your Grandson. My eldest was the same, hated school and left at the soonest time he could!!! Your Robin is adorable, what a great make, thanks for sharing with me over on Fezziwigs, All the best for a lovely crafty 2021, Love Hazelx
