Blossoms.

Time is running away again. I'm chasing it as fast as I can!  I couldn't get any decent photos until this morning either after chasing the light all round the house yesterday. Well I will keep fit if nothing else!!
On to my last two inspiration cards for the Butterfly challenge which is now entering its second week.

#109 Spin The Butterfly Wheel with the Letter B.

First card is using the last two elements to show you.  Burnt Orange/Bows.
Here I have used a digi image from Beccy's Place called Blossoms 3. Coloured using my Promarkers and edged with a gold gel pen.
Mounted onto cardboard and then attached to cardstock to make a top fold card. The bow believe it or not was from a pair of  old slippers I was throwing out. It had a button attached but I removed that and replaced with the wooden butterfly button. ( Button saved for another time. Waste not want not and all that). Sentiment is a clear stamp by Hobby Craft.

Entering the card above into the following challenges:
Dream Valley #188 Flowers
Passion For Promarkers #435  bingo board. (Flowers/Image/Sentiment)
Fab 'n' Funky #412 Embellished with ribbon or lace.
613 Avenue Create #214 Anything goes + optional use something wooden.
The Creative Crafters # 9 Anything goes.
Crafters Castle #10 Anything goes.
House of Cards #  Autumn flowers and/or colours.

Second card using all seven elements of the wheel showing it can be done.
Butterfly/Baby Blue/Burnt Orange/Buff/Bows/Birthdays/Borders.
This time the digi image is by Delicious Doodles called Blossom.  I have coloured using my promarkers and the three colours from the wheel and finished with a silver gel pen. The bow is attached to her hair and the sentiment and borders are silver stickers from my stash. I have covered the butterfly using a glitter gloss pen but of course it is not showing up in this photo. Is subtly there IRL though.

Entering this card into the following challenges:
Crafty Creations 376 Anything goes.
I love Promarkers #370 Anythin g goes + optional birthday.

The Crafters Cafe #206 Feminine.

Beautiful orange flowers and what fun to use a bow from your slippers. Great use of something that would have been thrown away. I love the silver embossing sentiment and sweet bows in her hair. Don't know if this is a joke you would want to share with your grandson or not. What happens if you don't pay your exorcist? You get repossessed!

What beautiful cards Valery, the floral image is gorgeous, loving the colour you've chosen to do it in and that wooden butterfly is so cute.
The butterfly lady is gorgeous, beautifully coloured too, Kate x

Hi Mrs A both of your cards are stunning. I love them both. It has rained all day here today so the light hasn't been great. Take care. Hugs Jackie

I don't know where the time goes. If you catch it, do let me know. I love hearing what you've salvaged to use on your cards. Who would have guessed? Both cards are fab with the burnt orange flowers. x

The burnt orange and the bow is a fabulous combination on your first beautiful card and had a chuckle about the bow coming form an old pair of slippers. Great how you combined all the elements on your second card and what a stunning card it is with a magnificent image and beautiful colouring x.

These are just beautiful and uplifting cards. Just because cards are always nice to receive and yours is so cheery and like the butterfly embellishment, the second is elegant and sophisticated, like the stitching.
