Butterfly Ephemera

We have another challenge for you

The sponsor this time is

I was over the moon (excuse the pun)
when I saw the selection of images we had been given
to choose from.
I was in Butterfly Paradise!!
I was flying by the seat of my pants
to get this card made in time and literally
anything that was not already glued down
on my desk went onto the card.
The backing paper was a sheet of Prima Botancial Collection
still lying on my desk from another project.
The base card was coloured round the edges
using Forest Green distress ink.
I trimmed the images down  and distressed
the edges with Vintage Photo and then distressed
further with  my distressing gadget.
(darn clever these little gadgets are too).
I then layered these up and added bits and bobs of
lace, string, ribbon, rope, button and an odd
Fly Sticker Butterfly that I trimmed down.

As always the challenge is Anything Goes.
Please pop over and see what my
Team mates have created just for you.
You have a week to enter and we would be
delighted to see you.

I guarantee you if I made a card from the stuff on my desk it would not be the stunner like you made. I love the butterflies and lace together. You have such a way of using things together that come out gorgeous.

Well, I wish my pants' seat would fly this way! Love, love those gorgeous prints, and what a lovely collage look you achieved using them along with all the other textural & dimensional goodies you've added on to this card. The burnt edges on the prints was very effective to create a most vintage look. Just splendid! TFS & Hugs
