Won't take a moment!
Well it certainly didn't .
Rome wasn't built in a day and neither was this..
Colouring the image was the easy part.
It was the fathing and fiddling that took the time.
I wanted to enter a new challenge I found
The April challenge is a Christmas Robin and they provided the digi to be used.
I Found a backing card in my stash called 'Robin on a Perch'
by 'My Paper Stash' which I thought very similar to the image so I used
the same colours with Promarkers and a gold gel pen.
Easy part done.
Next came the fathing and fiddling!
I used Cheery Lynn Designs DL187 Kaleidoscope Lace Mega Doily die
To do the cut out shape.
As this die only comes as half a shape it is fine for doing the gate fold doors.
To cut a complete shape though you have to cut one side, turn,
position second die cut to first cut and then die cut the second half.
Word sentiment cut using Britannia dies.
Coloured card stock and ribbon from stash.
Doors opened to reveal the inside.
Digi by Digi Stamps 4 Joy.
Entering into the following challenges:
Digi stamps 4 Joy # April Christmas Robin.
Crafty Hazelnuts Extra # anything goes with a Christmas card.
Jingle Belles # 3 or more layers.
The Glory of Christmas Challenge #32 Bows.
Suzy Bee's Bloomin challenge #26 Wings.
Brown sugar #91 Anything goes.
Alphabet Challenge # F = Feathers.
Completely Christmas #9 Anything goes.

Hello Mrs. A and I apologize for being absent. Life was getting in my way but now I have reviewed your posts I missed and I am blown away with your creative and beautiful pieces you have made. The tin can reminds me of my Grandma cutting and making all sorts of things with the pieces. Fabulous Flower. I always enjoy your blog dear...
What a beautiful card, Mrs. A! Love how you used the dies for your gatefold--perfect!
Oh wow this is so beautifully designed and coloured. Thank you for taking the time to use this month’s free Christmas image. You have automatically qualified to receive next month’s Christmas image for free, which will be emailed to you at the beginning of May.
