It is a hidden tab/message card.
If you pull the tab on the front of the card the panel opens to reveal the message inside. The papers are by Alison Butler, very old magazine freebies. I hand printed the wording.
The card then opens normally for your greeting . The name was cut out using Memory Keepers Word
Punch Board. The letters on the front of the card are the negative fall outs from the strip used inside shown below.
Finally I made a matching envelope and used the remaining cake paper to decorate with.

Fabulous!! Love so much the little girl in Art Nouveau style, and the hidden message with the sweet tab to open the panel!! It's a very girly card and the message makes me smile. Evie surely has appreciated it so much and hope she has had really a lot of cake! :D
I have the Memory Keepers Punch Board for big letters, useful for banners and albums as the are really big.
