Quacks Eleven.

Today my True Love (not) sent another Eleven Ducks.  There is nowhere left to put them. Lesley has kindly offered the use of her two ponds.  Consignment is on its way Lesley.
The only way I was going to get the rest of them all in was to shrink some of em. So I did!!
Now why on earth didn't I think of this idea before.  Hindsight is a wonderous thing.

Stamp as usual is Penny Black 'Caroling Duck' stamped using Stazon Ink onto Shrink Plastic and coloured with my Derwent Water colour pencils. Fussy cut prior to being shrunk with my heat gun.  Silver Glitter Washi tape used top and bottom of card. Bakers twine and small wooden bows from my stash. I used Sizzix 659733 labels die to cut the wording. Silver glitter glue for all the added sparkle.

Such imagination, I love it! I'm going to do a class on the old shrink plastic, as I think there's a bit of a revival, with new ideas, and it is such fun! I bet you enjoyed this, and obvs no ducks were harmed........ :) xxx

OMGoodness, there are so many ducks! But I feel like more are coming hehehe. I like how you used the shrink-plastic - I just picked up some of this (at Dollarama of all places) and haven't used it yet. I wish I knew the story behind these ducks - I know there must be a story and I am certain it is very funny!
