Berry Branch

Gosh nearly the end of the year but there was one last challenge that I wanted to enter and I am only just in time too.
Beccy's Place  has this gorgeous digi available for us to use in the December challenge.  You can use any of her other  digi's of course to enter if you want. This one comes pre coloured or black/white version which is what I chose to make my card with.  I had the card in my minds eye, very CAS for me indeedy but it has turned out just as I had envisaged.  I didn't quite get the ratio of the berry size to the bird but I really didn't want to make the berries any smaller and the bird is a stamp so can't enlarge it.

I condensed the digi to half size in word, orientating to look like a branch coming out from a tree and also created the sentiment at the same time onto the page before printing out. The image has been coloured using my Promarkers and a gold gel pen. I created the moon using a 2" circle punch in a scrap of card  and colouring with my pearlescent chalks. Lastly (with heart in mouth) I stamped the bird images using two birds from Penny Black's  'Woodland Beauty' clear set. Die cut using my Press Cut stitched hole rectangle die set and then mounted onto Raspberry red card stock for the base.

Entering into the following challenge:
Beccy's Place # December challenge.

So pretty! I really like this berry branch from Beccy's Place. It perfectly lends itself to a CAS card.

It looks so pretty and since your words I haven't notice that the bird on the berries was tiny :) But I think that one on the sentiment helps so much.
Love the effect of the moon behind the berries!
Hugs and Happy New Year!
