Norm is off on his travels. He is meeting up with some of his mates for a monkee convention at a Holiday Inn Express which could be near you!!! Of course Miss Di and I have been roped in as chaperones for the weekend and Sammy has managed to wrangle her way onto the the trip as well. So along with Norm and Sammy, Hank and Marvin (who live with Miss Di) we are being joined with
Helen of Mum's Monekey and her troop, namely Monkey, Darrell and Nigel. Seven Monkeys altogether doesn't bare thinking about and I do hope the Holiday Inn know what they are letting themselves in for. Iv'e packed the asprin and smelling salts!!
Here's Sammy and Norm waiting to be picked up by Hank and Marvin in Miss Di's car. Of course Sammy insisted on having a new hat especially for the occasion and could she also have two hat pins as well in case the weather is a bit windy. Guess who had to make the hat!!

Loose Stitches and Unraveled Threads
You can't believe how quickly I closed my laptop when I saw this post so that Hammy couldn't see it over my shoulder! Phew! I'm back now because he is finally asleep. You know how badly he would want to join in the monkey-business that will be going on during the convention! I love how Sammy and Norm are dressed so spiffy and so prim and proper - AS IF!!!! I'm staying tuned ... I think you are going to need some medications that are a bit stronger than smelling salts!! Hugs, Darnell
Update. We had a leetle drinkies party MY room after dinner with all seven monkeys. And now the girls have gone off to their respective rooms leaving me to babysit said monkeys for the night! I didn't sign up for this Darnell! And it's hard to sleep with all those eyes watching me watching them! Help.

Well this is some outing and I'm sure there is going to be a lot of monkey business going on.
I see from Di's comment above it has already started.
I do hope they bahave for Miss Di and she does get some sleep with all their eyes on her, and lets hope they fall off to sleep to and not misbehave once Di falls asleep.
