I have 4 examples for you to see. As usual a step by step tutorial is available over on the blog. You can find it under the banner heading on the Card shapes page. All the tutorials are listed alphabetically. Just click on each name and it will take you to the tutorial for that shape card.
This card shape is so easy to make and though it is called a Faux Stepper it really does look like the real thing.
Card 1. Sets the panel off to the left of the card.
Using from the Butterfly wheel the following:
Faux Stepper Card/ Faux Stitching/Forest Green/Butterfly
Card 2. Sets the panel to the centre of the card.
Using from the Butterfly wheel the following:
Faux Stepper Card/ Faux Stitching/Forest Green/Fandango/Flirt/Butterfly
Card 3. Sets the panel to the left of the card and the image on the right but set back a level.
Using from the Butterfly wheel the following:
Faux Stepper Card/ Faux Stitching/Forest Green/Fandango/Flirt/Butterfly
Card 4. I have made as a Faux Inverted Centre stepper card.
Using from the Butterfly wheel all of the elements plus butterfly .
Hope you will come along and play. This really is an easy card to make with so many options.
Hugs

Pretty cards and a great variation on the stepper
Didn't know that there are so many variations on the stepper card. Number 2 is the only one I ever made and I love this model.
Your examples are very pretty!

Fabulous cards and twist on a step card!
A wonderful selection of cards, and great ideas on the stepper variations.
I should really try some of these new-to-me card fold designs because yours are all wonderful! I especially like that partially colored image on #2 but they're all beautiful in their own way! I hear you on being low with Christmas paper pads - I'm on a buying hold myself with an overwhelming stash here and wondering if I'll ever use it all! Have a great week ahead!
Such beautiful cards & all very artistic! Fun to see all the variations with that card shape!
Hi Mrs A I wanted to pop back and thank you so much for the comment that you left on my blog, I have been having a rough time with not only my computer but my health, however, today I am actually enjoying myself blogging I have a Chromebook at my mum's and the internet provider is different I can actually post things at an amazingly fast rate, but I am not sure if my other laptop will be the same I will just have to bring it to mum's and try it out, take care
