The very last of this years Christmas cards. Specials for my grandchildren. All safely in the post for them.
I recently saw this card shape on a blogging friend's (Carol 'Crafty-Stamper') page and thought what a perfect design it would make for the stamp I had in mind to use. I actually bought the stamp this time last year and have kept it to use now as I already had their cards made for 2020. Found a great tutorial for it on You Tube from Maximum. I have called the card 'On Point' as it reminds me of a row of ballerinas up on point but both Carol and Maxine are calling it a Diamond Point shaped card.
Card 1
The yellow star paper is from Making Cards magazine Nov 2016 and the snowflakes design is by Alison Butler from Crafts Beautiful magazine. The stamp is by Clarity and comes with an assortment of stamped strips to make up your own design on the jumper . The Large letter is by my Daughter AIFaDoodles - CWSD331 from Whimsy Stamps. Fluff now has a whole range of Fadoodle stamps out and a new one coming in the New Year. (Mum preening her feathers here!) Coloured using Graph'it pens and then a liberal dusting of Pearlescent chalks for a subtle sparkle.
Card 2
I am not sure where I got the reindeer paper from but the tartan is by Paper Addicts 'Lost Forest'.
Again coloured using my Graph'it pens. You can see a little clearer on this one the doodles on the letter D. Each letter of the Alphabet in the set has Fluff's trade mark dooling on it.
Card 3
The snowflake pink paper is by 'Humphreys Corner' Christmas collection and the star design by Salley Monet.
My fingers do not like the cold weather and have not been crafting or blogging so missed out again for showing my cards in the Christmas Card group that I am in. Fortunately the theme is anything goes and is the last one for this year.
I am so pleased that I had managed to get the majority of my cards made in the summer months so only had the envelopes to make and decorate the past few weeks. Thankfully all in the post now and I even beat the deadlines for abroad.
Hope everyone has a lovely time this Christmas and all those due their boosters can get them done.

What striking 'On point' cards and all so very special cards Mrs A. The papers look fabulous and I love how you've personised each of the cards with those fun jumpers. You should be rightly proud of your very creative and talented daughter x. All jabbed our end but still staying close to home....Have a lovely Christmas and enjoy! x.
These cards are impressive - looks quite complicated to make but certainly worth the effort I'd say.
Lovely cards Valerie. I too managed to make most of my Christmas cards throughout the year, so didn't have a last minute panic like I usually do. I'm having my booster and flu jab in the coming week, so wish me luck! x
Love the festive sweaters, especially the pink one! So fun how each one is different! Great card design too - I've seen a few of these around but didn't know what they were called. Beautiful work!

What a beautiful design and how clever to use the jumper like that. I love it. The points certainly make a striking card. Hope you are ok now, I wondered where you were. Thank you for the card, mine have yet to get in the post but they are at least made! xxx
Hi Valery, I love your super folded cards, they remind me of stars and the sweaters with the initial is just a perfect way to personalise your Grandchildren's cards, lovely papers and colours too.
Thank you for your lovely card, it arrived today. Sorry your hand are so sore, it's a very painful condition, one of my clients suffered with the same condition, she had some specific glove to wear to help get the circulation moving. Take care and keep safe, Kate x

Hi Mrs A, these cards are brilliant, the papers and jumper images work so well together in this design.
I don't seem to get much time for blogging or crafting these days and made extra cards last Christmas, just as well or I'd be out buying them now.
Hugs and have a great Christmas.

Fabulous cards and amazing design Mrs. A! In case you are not back online, Merry Christmas!
These are perfect cards for the grandchildren. The shape is so different and will be cherished with all the work you put into them. I like all the designs you put along the bottom of each shirt. My hands are always so cold when it gets cold out. I got some fingerless gloves I could wear at the computer!
Fun cards that look like they took some time to create. Zoe x
A super set of cards, a lovely image and it's nice to see the different combinations of papers - a fabulous design.
