I've been having what I call spuddle time just doodling some flowers using a bronze gel pen and then filling in with my promarkers. I quite liked the result so have now made into a card to share. The green design paper is from a pad by The Works. The sentiment is by Julie Hickey and the oval die cut is also from The Works. I found the scalloped blank card lurking in a box whilst looking for something else.
I have laid the card down flat in the next picture to show the lovely gleam from the bronze gel pen when you turn the card under a light.
Still struggling to get all my bulbs planted. This wet weather is not helping but I did manage to get out for a few hours yesterday in between the rain and plant some more. I hope squirrel was not watching where they were being put! I dug up quite a few peanut shells from where he had hidden them from last winter. I can confirm that the summer house is watertight and lovely and warm when the sun does shine on it. Been having breakfast and lunch out there. Will get pictures sorted out this weekend and posted up.
I am going to post this in the All Sorts Challenge. Kathleen will be so proud of me as there isn't a butterfly in sight!!

This is such a beautiful card.
Valerija xx
Your doodled flowers are lovely Mrs A, look fabulous coloured up with the gel pens. Kathleen will definitely be impressed by the lack of butterflies :)
Good luck with the bulbs and the rain!
xx
Your doodled flowers are just wonderful! Very creative and eye-catching. We are so pleased that you joined us this week at Watercooler Wednesday.
Absolutely gorgeous Valery, I love your hand drawn flowers and they are coloured so beautifully, wonderful design too, Kate x
Beautiful doodling! Can't wait to see the summer house. I hope the rain holds off long enough for you to finish planting the bulbs.
Great doodles and a lovely card. No gardening here - too cold and wet. x
Love your colouring of the flowers!

Hi Valery, lovely card and the flowers are gorgeous with that beautiful glow. Cabin name sounds good though my hubby thinks it should be OCC (Obsessive Craft's Cabin) I'm sure he thinks that's funny but who knows maybe he's right. Sending bug hugs, Angela xXx
Well I've never heard of "spuddle time" but I very much like the results, beautiful blooms, thanks so much for joining at at Allsorts this week.

Great card and love your doodled flowers

Giggling away here as I read Chris's comment, don't really read other comments as it make e feel that I can't say what I wanted to say because someone has already said it. Now I see why she mentioned me as I have now scrolled down to your card desciption.
Lovely images and love the frame, great colouring with the gel pens. How very strange though as I have been messing about trying to colour an image with gel and glitter pens this week, not used them for yonks.
I need to go and lay down in a darkened room now, to get over the shock of not a butterfly in sight. Hope I don't knock my glass of wine over reaching for it in the dark.
Have a lovely weekend.

Beautiful card, Mrs A, your doodled flowers are so pretty. xx
This is gorgeous and you doodled the flowers yourself - so clever! Your colouring in looks really special too - Michelle x
Beautiful shimmery card! I am glad you at least got some of your bulbs planted and I am looking forward to seeing photos of your summer house. Your Spuddle time made me giggle, a new word to me! Hugs xxxxxxx
Gorgeous card! Love all the shimmer. I giggled at spuddling - had another friend who also used that word, or perhaps it's one you've used before, and it's just so perfect!
AND, I bet them squirrels were taking notes ready for a 'raid'!
Is the Christmas Elf getting ready - speaking of raids!
Have you got your canoe on standby. It's getting a bit silly now isn't it but at least we don't have flooding - yet, she mutters darkly.

Silly me - the main thing I wanted to say was that you're very welcome to borrow the bicycle die! Can pop it in the post and then you can cut a few for future use and send it back when you're ready. I expect that eldest GS will have cycle safety lessons before he embarks on his rides to and from school. Always a worry but we have to let our chicks fly at some point. I watch the local kids doing wheelies up and down the road and have to look away I admit!

Beautiful card, love the flowers and the bronze outlines!
Oh so pretty, and what a wonderful thing to find the perfect card base while not even looking! Don't you love when that happens? The flowers are lovely!
I adore those prettily coloured and doodled flowers Mrs. A and the green script dp makes a perfect backdrop for them, a super card! x
Beautiful card, look forward to seeing pictures of your garden.
Beautiful card and love that bronze gel pen result. Like to use my gen pens a fair bit.x
