Oriental Beauty

It's the second week of my Butterfly Challenge

Talisman =  a species of charm engraved on metal or stone to which wonderful effects are ascribed

Here is my inspiration card for you.

I had a tag that I'd made ages ago
that I had decided to dismantle to reuse the picture on it.

This left me with a pile of left over  bits on my desk
and whilst looking through my stack of
used christmas cards for Sundays Post
I noticed this Geyser girl card front.
(The Doc had a lot of  Japanese contacts from work
and they sent christmas cards each year
which I had kept for the pretty pictures)
I remembered that I had an Oriental talisman/charm
in my stash so along with the bits on my desk this card was born.

I trimmed the picture down to fit the size of card used
and backed with blue card stock to match her kimono.
The piece of calico and lace were from the dismantled tag.
Butterflies are cut from gold card using SU's  Beautiful Wings
and were a prezzie from my good blogging buddy Di.
Thankyou Miss!
