Bluesy does it.

Managed to get the fresh food shopping  all done
yesterday and it was hassle free too.
Our local Sainsbury's had every
till not only  open but working as well.
There were plenty of staff around the isles
for The Doc to ask where his favourite nuts were
and  his after dinner tipple so we came home
well pleased with ourselves.
The Doc does like his custard tarts from there
and I like the  blue stripy boxes they come in
so without further ado here's
Christmas Card  No 1.  for next years stockpile!
My New Yrs resolution is to do
some alternate style/shape cards
so I thought I would start off with this one.

I was meant to be making an envelope pocket style card
but it was not until I had cut the triangle sides away
I realised they were meant to overlap not meet in the middle!!
So being the mother of invention I'm going to call it
a Tag Fold Card instead.

Pre coloured digi is from the House Mouse Triple CD collection.
Matted onto a sheet of  silver mirror  paper
( cut using Spellbinders A2 Floral Ribbon Threader  die  )
which is in turn matted onto blue glitter card.
Stripy blue card  is from said custard tart box.
I used diamond stickles on the image which shows IRL.

The spotty paper, tag and sentiments were printed
from the same CD .
I mounted the tag to the front on one side and
used the tag hole to attach some ribbon and punched
a corresponding hole on the other side
to tie the card closed.
Simples!

You are an inspiration, Mrs. A, getting your first 2015 card done already, and what a scrummy card it is! Fancy with a delightful opening and lots of pretty ribbon, paper, and pizzazz!! I enjoyed catching up with the mischief maker! He is way worse than having a toddler, that one!! Happy Christmas to you and The Doc! I'm glad your shopping was hassle-free! Holiday Hugs, Darnell
