Christmas Boot

This is my 2nd card for the challenge this month at Lady Anne's using the digi image provided by DS4J. I have coloured the image using Promarkers and then highlighted with Glossy Accents plus gems for berries. The image reminded me of a boot so I have fussy cut round it into a boot shape. The small boot embellishment is by Tando Creative which I have coloured with Promarkers  and added Glossy Accents and Gems.
Backing paper is from Holly Hobbie Christmas Joy paper collection free with
Cardmaking  & Papoercraft magazine.
Red Glitter,  snippets from a glitter sheet pack by Craftime.
Tando Creative boot( part of recent winnings  from Crafty Hazelnuts Challenges).

Entering into the following challenges:
Lady Anne's Progressive challenge #9: Use images by DS4J.

LOVE this card Mrs A - how clever to cut the sentiment into a boot shape - although with your keen eye for seeing beyond what's a first impression I'm not at all surprised..

LOVE the teeny Tando boot - it's perfect coloured, done with Glossy Accents and then some gems.

Hugs, Di xx

A very jolly Christmas card, Val. I was just thinking about Christmas, which I seldom do. I was thinking about making a few cards, I only send five. Mine won't be in the least bit Christmassy, not like yours.
I might do a wintry scene!
Have a lovely Sunday, Val!

Hi Mrs A. love the glossy accents on your sentiment, makes it look extra Christmassy!
Sorry to hear you're still waiting for your treatment. It's so frustrating when the system doesn't include you in the loop! (contacting you re the new requirements). Hope you get some relief soon :) Cathy x
