Post it Note Holder

I have just done this Post It Note Holder swap over at The Altered Paper and as they have now been both sent and received it is safe to show. The idea was to alter a piece of chipboard or sturdy card 5.5" x 7.5" by decorating with paper, ribbons, lace and anything else you fancied and attach a post it note pad to the front. My partner Fran does not have a blog so I was rather in the dark as to her likes and dislikes but in the end went for pretty pretty. The backing paper was a freebie in a craft magazine and all the rest came from my stash so I have stuck to my UIU pledge.
I made the flowers from white 140gsm cartridge paper which I painted using Luminarte paint pots in various colours to match the backing paper. Butterfly came from my blogging friend Ann.
There is a wally shrink plastic heart button well camouflaged somewhere. Can any of my followers be the 1st to spot it and win a wee goody bag from me?
Little clue for you. It's not on the back!!!
Linking up to the following.
1st Unique Gifts: Handmade Monday 58.
Pink Paper Paridise: Make it Monday Party.
Entering into the following challenges:
Charisma Cardz: Alter It. (I altered a piece of corrugated card stuck back to back)
Simply Create Too: It's spring.
Hotshot Craft: Ribbons.
Here is the swap that I received back from my Partner Fran. This was her 1st ever swap and I was honoured to be her partner. Wow! All I can say is Keep em coming Fran!!!!

This is my first posting on your blog for a few weeks due to ill heaalth so I am sorry but will be making up for lost time and having a look at all your lovely makes starting with your latest post-it holder. It is lovely, not too over the top either but I am blowed if I can see your heart button anywhere. Could it be in the bow? not that I can see it there. Good luck with the challenge.
