This is not the card I was going to make
but I found this image whilst hunting
through my stored digi images on my pc
and thought how ideal it was
so here goes.
Image is from Paper Creator
and is by Sassy Cheryl.
It comes already coloured.
There is still almost a week left
to play in my current
Butterfly Challenge
Hope this card gives you some inspiration.
Base card is made from green card stock
layered up with cream shimmer card and then
the image trimmed to size.
The butterflies are bronze filigree elements
in my stash that are popped up on 3d pads
to give the illusion of flight.
Word was punched out using SU punch
edged with gold gel pen and again raised on 3d pads.
Job done!

ReplyDeleteAhhh, very clever, yes hadn't forgotten your challenge tried yest stamping a butterfly image with bronze embossing powder but it was ugly.

Always love to see buttons on any cards (I used to collect buttons). This is a perfectly adorable image, and just right to add all the button flowers! A good perch for the sweet flutterbys. TFS & Hugs
