Blues Your Time Away.

Another fortnight has just whooshed by again and the girls are showing our  Christmas Cards for the next theme which is to use Blue and Silver. I fished out all my oddments of silver and blue design paper scraps and even though I have sat and made a whopping ten cards I still haven't shifted the pile of snippets. Too hot to craft indoors so I have been sitting in a shady spot in the garden (even too hot in the Summerhouse) and first cut some backing sheets of odd white card up into various different sizes and then made some front panels up as and how the fancy took me. Took them  inside in the evening and then made up into the resulting cards.

The christmas tree  design paper and the larger images that I have fussy cut out are from Making Cards Exclusive Craft  Paper collection Dec 2016. Sentiments are by John Next Door and Julie Hickey. I found a couple of odd  toppers lurking in my stash and used those on two of the cards. The blue poinsettia is a die cut by John next door. Everything else was from my stash.

I need to get this posted as I am running late again so see you soon.

A fantastic collection of Blue and Silver cards Valery Anne. I do wish our weather would be a bit more consistant instead of the hot and cold that we keep getting. Enjoy the garden crafting while you can it's sure to be different next week.

Hi, in answer to your question about where I get my Graphic 45 papers, I mainly get them from My Creative Spirit, Craft Stash and Amazon, I have managed to source some of the older ones from private sellers as well.

The frosty trees look so cool and beautiful. This is a great array of Christmas cards. Great idea to work outside where it is a bit cooler, then assemble inside.
