Poppy Love.

A bit  late with posting this as I needed to go into town all day yesterday and I didn't have time to schedule it the night before. Here now though  to show you my next inspiration cards for the current Butterfly Challenge.

My first card uses the remaining colour and theme of  Ruby and Repeat.
Digi Image is by Delicious Doodles called 'Poppy and Butterfly' coloured using my Promarkers/Graph'it pens and outlined with a silver gel pen.  Sentiment is a sticker from my stash and the repeat element is the 3 little daisy flowers in the bottom corner. Card base is made using silver metalic cardstock.

Entering this card into the following challenges:
Love To Craft #28 Anything goes.
Love To Scrap #115 Anything goes. (5)
Crafty Creations #378 Anything goes.
Through The Craft Room Door # Anything goes. (2)

My second card uses all seven elements from the wheel.
Butterflies on the design paper and transparent paper.
Rose pink in the design paper.
Royal blue  cardstock.
Ruby cardstock cut slightly bigger.
Round is the silver ' with love'  sticker.
Recycle is the design paper and transparent paper.
Repeat is the tiny silver flowers that match the sprig of flowers on the design paper and sprinkled on the card.
The butterfly and bird paper is recycled from the inside of a received birthday card which I have torn the sentiment and message from.  The transparent clear sheet is recycled too as it came wrapped around a bouquet of flowers that I received.  I adhered the torn paper to the blue card and then cut the transparent sheet to be bigger and wrapped it around the card stock and attached at the back. Then attached to the ruby red cardstock which was then applied to the front of the white base card on 3d pads. I then attempted to open the card up and found I had adhered it to the front so that the card opened backwards.  "!^&* ~ " or words to that effect!!!  Fresh card base made and adhered properly.
(Now you know why I didn't have time to schedule the post).

  2. Great job.... (eventually with the second one!) Sounds like me - I am forever making tent fold cards then sticking the top layer on upside down - I sue the cut off part for stamping on - there's a pile of it here!
