The digi image is by Spyders Corner 'New Home 3873'. I have coloured using my Graph'it markers and distressed round the edges. The design paper was glued to a piece of cardboard and then also distressed around the edges before attaching to the base card. The Sentiment was also from the same design paper set by Alison butler. The reverse side of the paper had the rows of houses on it so I used on the back of the envelope I made for the card. Now been received by the new home owners so I can show.

This is such a cute card for a new home! Love the scrabble inspired sentiment and of course the envie is a dazzler too! A little something for the postal carrier to enjoy as much as the card recipient ;)
