We woke up to 6" of snow this morning.
I sent Norm out to clear a path to the bird feeders but I think he spent more time leaning on his spade than shovelling!! Sam very wisely is just keeping tabs on him from the dining room window.
Could you send Norm across the pond when he's finished? We're about to endure a 4th Noreaster in less than a month! Hopefully this will slide to the south and miss us with the white stuff, but oh my - who has stolen spring?? Lookin' pretty spiffy there Norm ;)
Oh, I think that Norm needs a pair of warm and cozy boots if he's going to do much more shoveling! I hope you had a nice cup of hot cocoa (with whipped cream on top, of course) ready for him when he came back inside!
Thankyou for spending a few moments here today. I'd love to hear from you. If you leave a comment you do so in the knowledge that both your name and blog link will be visible to all who visit this blog. In doing so you have published your own personal details.
Same here - he looks happy enough though, in his warm jumper! Michelle x
ReplyDeleteToo cute, sounds like a good day to spend in your craft room!

ReplyDeleteNow this is where the Elves would have come in, being from the North Pole they would have had it all cleared in no time. Or is it South Pole!

ReplyDeletePoor Norm, he is so small, you are so cruel sending him out in that BIG snow! LOL :D
ReplyDeleteI think I'd be leaning on the shovel taking in the beauty of the snow too! Hope he enjoyed his time out in the snow and got to make a snowball or two.
