Here is my inspiration for you. A Trifold card. For my Matching Pairs I have used butterfly rub-on transfers by Royal Langnickel, Fancy border off cuts and Die cut buttons by Joy Crafts. The design paper is by Teresa Collins 2013 'Fabrications'.
The buttons were made by die cutting several out and adhering together to make a thick button. I used 10 die cuts for each button from the card stock used for the base card. Pearls were from my stash and I edged around using a gold gel pen. The scalloped circle die is by Sizzix.
I have used a die cut sentiment by Presscut and a wooden filigree butterfly from 'The Works' on the inside of the trifold.
