Vanilla Vases.

It is time for a new challenge over at

So I would like to see  some type of vase on your
project
along with your Butterfly/ies of course.

Here are my inspiraton cards for you and not a sheet
of acetate in sight!!

I have used a Penny Black Stickeroos Sticker
'Romance of Flowers'.
The butterflies came on the sheet as well.
Base card is a blank white which I have adhered
Vanilla Ice  Shimmer card stock leaving just a
tiny edge all the way round of the white card showing.
Main body of the card is a snippet of off white card
which I hsave raised up on 3D pads and then adhered the stickerooos
Sentiment is a glitterations sticker in black and the silver edging
came from my stash.

My second card uses an image by LOTV
from their Art pad Set 3 Wild Flowers.
Their are 10 different designs to choose
from and each one has a vase on it so
if your hoarding this pad in your stash
nows your chance to use it!
I picked these  sunflowers as I had
green card stock that matched.
Base card made from the green card.
I used a Crafts-too Rectangle die Stitch hole PCD98
to cut the border  using Champagne Pearlised card.
The butterfly is Memory Box Pippi/Isabella using both colours.
Sentiment uses  a sticker sheet from my stash.

Last but not least is this card  made using
A Hunkydory image from their
The Second Little Book of Flowers.
I found 4 vase designs within this pad.
I'm in love with these pads. They  are the nearest
I've found to replacing the now retired LOTV pads.
I have backed it onto a thicker piece of card as I wanted to wrap
the vanilla lace around and tuck the ends behind.
I made a base card up using more of the
Champagne Pearlised cardstock.
Raised the image up on 3D pads and adhered to the base.
Sentiment sticker from my stash.

Hope I have managed to give you some ideas
and not sent you running to the hills!

  6. Such a pretty assortment to inspire for this V challenge. Loving all the PB stickers (and PB has some great new ones out in this last holiday collection too). Also love the way you've used these pre-made items to craft in your own personal style. They sure didn't look like stickers or pre-done images! Just lovely. TFS & Hugs

  8. These monkeys are so much fun and all over the place! Just like little kids- you have to watch them all the time. These cards are lovely. I am in awe of how you take an image and embellish it and turn it into a work of art.
