Sammy should have come to North Devon with us last week. We went on a six mile walk (I would have put him on my shoulders to save his little legs) and we saw hundreds of butterflies, I mean hundreds and hundreds! They were brown and orange, but I couldn't get one to stop long enough to take a photo. I'm not sure Sammy would have been too keen on the adder that slithered a foot or two from my feet though! xx
