Sweet as Roses

The challenge this week at
is sponsored by

We would love to see you over there.
As always the theme is Anything goes.

I have chosen to use
1920's Winter Abby image for my card.
Another Gate Fold but vertical this time.
I never tire of making this card shape
as they always come out looking completely different.

Here is the card fully closed.
I have used roses and feathers from my stash
to decorate the front of the card.
Ribbon was also from stash.
Lacy design paper is Summer Ladies
by Nancy Watt a magazine freebie.

Card opened.
I have used promarkers for the image along with a silver gel pen.
The design paper on the pink card is by Funky Hand
called Hearts and Flowers a digi purchase from yr's ago.
The other paper is from my stash with unfortunately  no name .
Sentiment was created in word and printed out.
Here is a close up showing the lovely shimmer that the silver pen gives.
I especially like it on her fur ruffs.
