As soon as I saw this 'Bugaboo' image
I knew I had to get it.
This is so me and my best blogging buddie Miss Di.
I wanted to make and send a card to Di to say Thankyou
as she helped me through
some very dark moments a few weeks ago
and was a cyber shoulder to cry on and cry buckets I did.
Card has been received so I can show.
It is a twisted easel card. I love making these .
The image is called 'Make it Snappy - Friends'
which I have coloured with my promarkers
and a gold gel pen.
The design paper is by Sally Moret.
I had a little piece over which I was able to fussy cut
out some of the flowers to adhere to the front of the card.
I have layered up using pink and yellow cardstock.
The sentiments were printed off in word
Of course we both had to be wearing pink
as it is our favourite colour.
Tee, hee Mrs A - this beautiful twisted easel card is sitting on top of the printer right beside me. I love it! Makes me smile whenever I glance over at it :)
ReplyDeleteGlad to have been of service.
Hugs
Di xx

ReplyDeleteAww don't like to read you were in a dark place, it's not a good way to feel sending you hugs and cuddles and Di is a lucky lady to have a lovely friend like you and vice versa...lovely card.xxx

A very beautiful and fun easel card for Di!! Well done, Mrs. A.! Who finds a friend finds a treasure!
ReplyDeleteI want also say thank you from my granddoughter! She has been very very happy for all the wonderful butterfly items, she taking her prize as a treasure! :)
And thanks a lot also from me, for the cute stamp! You have spars as the butterflies: my granddoughter has a doggie and I often hold him! So the stamp adapts very well to me, but unfortunately I don't have the legs so long as that girl :)))
Hugs

ReplyDeleteThis is the bestest card ever!! And what a perfect person to send it to. I'm so happy you have a great friend like Di. She is very sweet and caring. I wish I could come and hug you through those dark times. Always remember, this, too, shall pass. I think of that when I'm at the end of my rope and it helps me know this will be over soon. That was kind of you to send her that darling card.
