Lets Go Tartan

The Theme for this fortnights
Christmas Card Club is a recipe
set by Zoe who is asking for
A Button
3 Brads
Ribbon
and one other accessary .

This is what I pulled out from my stash to use.
I have assumed that the backing paper is not part of the recipe list.
The large button has been on  my desk for ages.
I remembered  that I had some  unused Christmas brads.
I don't have much Christmas ribbon but I pulled out this tartan one.
The wooden Joy embellishment is my other item made by Dovercraft.

Then I just had a play and came up with this.

I coloured the joy with a red Promarker and covered with Glossy accents.

I have a friend who is tartan mad. Most of the accessories
in her home are tartan so I generally make her a tartan themed card.
As I hand deliver I don't have to worry about keeping flat either!!

Entering into the following challenges:
Paper Pretties #310 Embellish.
Cute Card Thursday #31 Handmade embellishments.
Crafty Ribbons #89 Anything goes with ribbon.
Winter wonderland # Holly and or ivy.
Christmas Stampin All Yr Long #11 Anything goes.
