Lights Anyone!

I made this card for the challenge over at Lady Anne's which was to use this digi image by
Anji's Antics. The details of their site can be found here.
I have also followed the sketch on  Christmas Challenges (with sketches).

I have coloured in using both Promarkers and Distress Markers and then given the image a light coating of pearlescent chalk.Lastly going over the lines  and edges using a gold pen to highlight. Fairy lights have been switched on with Glossy accents!   Gold gems added to the corners for a bit of bling.
Close up below.

Entering into the following challenges:
Lady Anne's: #3 use image by Anji's Antics.
Crafty Hazelnuts Extra: Anything goes.

  9. Another 'smile' card...his expression is so cute. The chalks added such a sparkle & glow, and the G.Accents truly DID turn on the lights. Especially effective if the pic is enlarged. TFS

  10. Have wondered whether to bring a folded umbrella to hold aloft as we gather on Saturday :) No flower in hair for me - I'm bringing me duster knickers to wear, on me head!!

Well done on the Playground win too :)

    Off to bed now.

    Hugs, Di xx
