ReplyDeleteGuess what, we were in bed and fast asleep by 11 although I did try to stay awake! A couple of sleepless nights had left us shattered - think it was the wind and rain hammering wot did it.
So, I dunno if there were any fireworks here. Just the sound of Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz's from our patch!

That is hilarious...and to think i used to wear skirts at least that short...now I would be happy to be able to put on heels half as high as those boots!!!teehee

PS Forgot to mention that I did a huge purge and clean earlier this year of my whole house so I was on a roll.. teehee
ReplyDeleteI think a pile or sorted magazines is a start...when I did the house i broke it down into a drawer at a time! Then i moved on to a cupboard at a time etc.
I really chopped it up inot a zillion little tasks and then it wasn't so overwhelming. I got my DH to bring home boxes from work and I bought a raft of white tissue paper. I kept a black sharpie felt pen and the tissue paper in a smaller box and took it with me from room to room. I found boxing it up, marking the box and having DH take it straight away to our vehicle worked for me. Getting it out of the house itself inspired me to keep going. Once the trunk was full, he would go and drop it all off.
