Stair Step Card.

Well we had the internet up and running for 21hrs.
It was nice whilst it lasted!!
Just managed to get back on this evening
so will see how long we get before the orange light.
I'm so behind with every thing now.
This card should have been shown on 1st May
but better late than never.
It's time to reveal the card I made
For the April Swap at the
Card Chain Challenge.
I chose the colour theme to work with
which  was  Pale pink, Charcoal and Dark pink.
I decided on another new card shape
A Stair Step Card.
and sent to Vicki in Australia.
I used the excellent instructions
I found on You Tube

Front of card.
Rose paper by Jennifer Ellory 2013
Dark pink  paper Making cards 2014
I used pale pink card stock to layer with.
Spellbinders die is  Deckled Rectangles Large.
Inside of card.
Wooden die cut flowers from Scrapmatts
Grey base card is SU cardstock

Beautiful card - I've looked at pics of stair step cards before and wondered how on earth they ever managed to close, but you've shown us photos from lots of different angles and it's a lot easier to understand now.

About the internet connection - we had big problems a few years ago that went on for months and months. We're with Virgin and they tried everything - they rewired our cable connection, dug up the road outside to check the main cabling, replaced the main router box in the street so all the neighbours were without internet for a few days (bet they loved us for that!) until one of us said to an engineer, "Why don't they just send us a new Wireless Router and see if that helps?". problem fixed within 24 hours.
