It's Raining Cats & Dogs!

There is a Tonic  border punch that I use which leaves off cuts behind  as shown below.
Can't possibly throw those out! I have already used some of the flowers on a card I must not show yet as it is a Birthday card. The half moon shapes reminded me of little umbrellas so into my stash they went.

Then a challenge popped up and I just had to do it. Sorry Fluff couldn't resist!

The background paper was a freebie from Birds Cards. The stamps again were freebies from various magazines.  The cut out nestie used is the largest size  of Spellbinders S4-383 and the inset of course has gone into my stash for future use. Sentiment was generated in word and  have used a Cheery Lynn Design Sentiment Frame #2 B190.

The raindrops (which you can just about see) were made usingGlossy accents.

Thanks for joining us at Crafty Cardmakers for our humour challenge. Thanks also for bearing with us with the link moderating thing. Sadly it became necessary because of the large number of people who appeared to not have bothered to read our challenge requirements.

Very clever how you used the waste from other designs to make the brollies for your cats and dogs to float down to earth under. Fab idea.

Good luck!

Lin xx

PS The reason you couldn't enter again was because I am moderating all posts due to people NOT bothering to read the rules and regs and I hadn't had a chance to approve today's posts until now, but the linky knew you had already entered. There should have been a message telling you so when you clicked submit!

Mrs. A., if only I had your brain; this is FABULOUS! I love the cats with the umbrellas - and the clouds; so cute; glad you didn't leave out the dogs with an umbrella - too, too cute! This card is really the cutest and love how you used your Nesties on the background paper - very clever but then again, that's you in a nutshell - brains and beauty - Doc must be a happy, happy man! ;-)

I started at the most recent post and it was my intention to leave a comment only on that post but to obviously look through all the preceding posts. This raining cats and dogs using the negative cuts from the punch for the brollies is fab! And I had to leave a comment here too. Hugs, Lesley
