Iris - Folding.

Another on my list to achieve this year is Iris - Folding so a quick raid on the snippets folder produced these papers.
I found some basic instructions in a crafts-beautiful magazine and decided to have a go at doing a poppy.

Going to enter into Di's Crafty snippets #8 (cos I missed the deadline for #7)
And also the following:
Do you Stack Up (DYSU): Layers.
Delightful Challenges: Use your scraps.
Fab 'n' Funky: Try something new.

Boy, you were quick off the mark this morning - hope it isn't stress keeping you awake chick. Also hope your Mum is soon well and that meantime you manage to have everything sorted out for their care, it's a worrying time that so many of us face at some point :(

Fabulous card - believe me, paper piecing is a very leisurely 'walk in the park' compared to iris folding!

Take care, I follow you so will watch for any postings about developments on the home front. And we'll let you hop (oh dear) to the front of the queue to try out the new pogo sticks when you return to the playground!

Love, Di xx

This is really pretty and has a very alternative feel to it. I'll have to speak to you about what I mean, because I can't think of the name of the artist this is reminding me of. Some bloke. xxx
