On the go.

Have been taking some time out from making the little dresses for the African Appeal to do some knitting for a blogging friend ' The Felt Fairy '. Annie put out a call for someone to make her some knited items to go in the boxes that she does each year for 'Operation Christmas Child' and who was I to refuse. So a good rummage in my wool stash for the correct yarns and right size needles and this is what I have produced. I found the actual knitting was done in no time but the sewing up seemed to take ages and thats when I found the mistake Der!!! Can any eagle eyes out there spot it? Prezzie for the 1st one to work it out.

They are really lovely. Some little person is going to be thrilled with them. As to the mistake, is it the hand of the little pink elephant. I don't want a prize though. If I am right give it to the next one, or better still, make another woolly toy for the boxes for me.

Mrs. A., there couldn't possibly be any mistakes. My knitting is not as brilliant as yours so I couldn't see anything in error. I simply adore those hand puppets. I thought what everyone is calling gloves were cute little leggings. :-) I'll take a guess though - I suppose the ribbing on the elephant is done incorrectly; one has raised ribbing and the other is flat. But golly, it's so darn cute!!
