Workdesk Wednesday 93

Oh. Hello. Were you expecting something else?
It's just me today. My owner says that I'm costing her too much in monkey nuts so she has set me to work to pay my keep.

Iv'e got to knit a jumper! I have been sat here for ages knitting. Er how long is a piece of wool please? Crumbs I just lost a stitch . I had 10 a minute ago. Anyone seen my missing stitch?
I got to read all these books too cos I'm being tested. on em. Whats a gesso and how about stumps.I dunno the answer do you!!

Before you go I have to show you whats on the table next to where I'm sitting. Nothing has moved since the weekend. Looks like a load of rubbish to me.
If you want to see some real working desks then head on over to Julia's blog where you'll find over 100 desks to snoop around.
Bye for now.
Monkey.

Thanks for the smile Monkey. I wonder if your knitting will end up a little cardi like the ones I'm knitting? :-)

Thanks for keeping us amused - you really are a busy little monkey. Hope your knitting something nice for yourself. #15

Lordi Monkey, the piece of wool is as long as the jumper needs to be big - you may want to reconsider helping!! I like the look of the stuff that you call rubbish on the desk top, intriguing!

Cheeky little fellow, isn't he? He may not be much at knitting, but I am impressed with his typing skills! Sue #67

I think your lost stitch has probably found all my lost stitches and they've gone off together to make a scarf. I hope they have a lovely life together, even though we'll miss them!

Hi Monkey. I think my baby would like you. I like that you work for your owner. If you need a change in job description, I might have something you're interested in. It comes with bananas.

Oh Monkey! You cost Mrs. A a lot of money so what little you can do to repay her is only fair! Better study up so you pass the tests! Thanks for sharing! Vickie #52

Hi Monkey

Glad to see you're learning to help Mrs A. Looking at the knitting in progress, you're reminding me of the moment when my goddaughter told me she was knitting a pair of space trousers! They'd look good in red.

Now, if you have a word with one of the cats, they might share a little fur to make a nice top.

Don't forget to swot hard for those exams...

PMSL - Monkey, you are too funny! Please thank Mrs A for stopping by my blog, and let her know that a CJ is a Circle Journal. In this instance it's one that has a rubber stamp sent round with it and each person that receives it has to do a page or two where that stamp is used.

I'd also love to know where in Hampshire you guys are - I work in Fordingbridge!

Cheeky little monkey! He looks like me learning to knit! The sad thing is he's probably more competent than I am!!

Hello Mrs. A., well not isn't the little monkey busy - knitting, reading and not tanning? I hope the little fella is being fed at least! All that work and no pay? Come on now! :-) I see I've missed loads of your beautiful crafts while I was away hanging out with the young folks. It takes longer to get things back together what with the King back home now and my FIL all better; surgery done well. That fan is so gorgeous -my the things you do. The cards are lovely - you are talented in every way and there's no bones about it! I hope you and the family are fairing well - how's Doc? I'm thinking of ya!

Hi Monkey & Mrs A, I've no idea what stumps are either, unless you're talking cricket! Hope you had a great weekend - yes, I'm making the rounds late this week. Elizabeth x #74
